Bridgewell X Consulting is an independent consultancy founded by Jelica Grbic, drawing on more than 13 years of experience across child protection, safeguarding, education, policy and practice leadership.
With experience spanning frontline practice, organisational leadership and systems-level work, Jelica brings a perspective that connects policy, evidence and organisational requirements with the realities of everyday practice.
